Anyone make it to the gym today?
Don't gain too much weight on tg(non-bulkers)
i just had a cinnamon roll. This day is gonna suck (diet-wise)

Yeah, anyone who doesn't make today their cheat day is teh lose. I'm stuck at work, but hopefully the WA mariners are smart and leave their boats tied up at the docks so I can enjoy the base cookout at 2pm.
I'm going to lift in about 10 minutes, shower, then head to the parent's house for my PWO meal.
Yep I plan on running before I leave....and still sticking to the cut
actually don't feel like pigging out...some turkey does sound good though
I sped like a motherfucker to make it on time before my gym closed. Got a good hour workout in before it closed at 1.
Dont walk, just drag yourself on the ground and maybe people will offer to carry you there.
a bit o' turkey won't hurt my cut, just gotta keep away from the dark stuff.

started today by destroying 821 on the squizzat.... took my opener for next week
i think i gained 20lbs...
same, but i offered at least 15lbs to the porcelain gods a couple mins ago.
thats called an eating disorder

Happy Turkey Day, everyone!
i trained at 10 am, chest/bi's. Stayed under 80 carbs since monday and today had a good meal at thanksgiving. Didnt go crazy though. Breakfast was eggwhites and oatmeal, then turkey/stuffin/mashed/buns/cranberry/gravy, then whey shake, then another whey shake and 2tbsp peanut butter. Im leaner now then before
Oh and I didn't work out yesterday, but I'm going right now to run.
Very dissapointed that I won;t be working out this weekend (until sunday)... Last time I worked out was last sunday, and I really didn't need a week off. Upstate with family and I don't have any equipment
oh well... at least I've been able to eat my ass off.
