And my question: I remember I was reading through a fitness magazine and it had Jay Cutler's diet in there. Said he stuck to simple carbs/sugars post-workout. Anyone do this? I used to drink a glass of Gatorade after working out, now I've switched to a couple pieces of chocolate or a regular Pepsi. Thoughts?
