I was talking to a friend who was trying to get me to do a "Master Cleanse" with him. Basically, drink nothing but this lemon + water + maple syrup concoction for a week straight. No food at all. Just this liquid and supposedly it cleans all the waste out of your system. You lose water weight and probably a gang of muscle and fat. Has anyone ever tried this? I unfortunately am not a believer nor do I want to lose all the progress I made in the gym but I'd like your thoughts.
