It has most every input but a coaxial input. Can I purchase a digital converter box from Best Buy to pull in my Cox Cable on the projector or does the box only work over the air? If not, what would I have to purchase to add a tuner to my projector?

I'd get a HD box from he cable company. Basic cable on a projector usually looks bad. If you don't want to do that, your best option is using a vcr or dvd recorder as a tuner.

Good call. It is going to be used in my dads building for just watching local games. The projector is a 4:3. It's an older one (Made in 2004) so I don't know that a HD receiver would be any better.

You can still get a HD cable box to put out a 4:3 image. You just have to be able to get into the menu and change the settings
