How did you deal with it? How long was it before you started exercising again? I broke mine 2 weeks ago. Kinda bummed out because i was just getting more serious about working out and it sucks because now im getting all soft while i heal. Im doing light exercises (like a bitch) for now and im hoping to work back to pre-broken rib intensity by 4 weeks time. You think that's pushing it? What does F&N think? Thanks guys.
