160 now, but I'm not cutting anytime soon. I'm just saying, when the time comes, I'm worried about losing what I've gained.
I was actually thinking of a high fat (healthy fats of course) high protein, low carb cut.
High Fats ftw
Fats from primarily nuts and some from dairy.
Lots of protein
Meh Saturated fats have actually been show to be somewhat good for you in moderation
Flax oil, fish oil?
Its the trans fat you have to worry about
Fish oil supps everyday, but that's already part of my diet, didn't really think of it.
May also think about Flax Oil ( Not the pills) I took 1tsp with everymeal, shit taste like ass though
Just don't do a crash diet. Ease into it.

I've always wondered if cutting out carbs makes your body more sensitive to them when you start eating them on a normal basis again?
