Back in February I was at 268 lbs (I'm 6'2" btw).. I have been eating healthy and working out 5 days a week and the weight was disappearing fast until 3 weeks ago when I got to 210lbs and I cannot drop below this point. My typical daily food intake includes: Breakfast (7:30am): 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup coffee, Lite Yogurt (60 cal) Lunch (12:00): Ham/Turkey sandwich, 1 orange, 1 banana Dinner(5-6pm): 2 grilled boneless chicken breast, green beans or corn I will also drink about 2 cans of diet soda a day... I don't "cheat" at all except on a weekend night I will usually drink some beers (somewere between 5 and 8). I workout from 3:15-4:30 5 days a week. 25 minutes of intense cardio on an elliptical machine and the remaining time I lift weights. I don't understand why I hit this wall, i've been stuck at 210 for about 3 weeks now. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should I change?
