    I figured this was a pretty good deal for the size of the drive, but I was wondering if Seagate HD's have had any recent issues.

    I had a lot of bad sector issues on 120GB and 160GB Seagate drives (Barracuda 7), but since then, I've had no problems.

    Not bad but Fry's has a better deal.

    Seagate 250GB Ultra/ATA 100
    7200RPM
    16MB cache buffer {compared to the 8MB cache from the TigerDirect}
    $119.99 {compared to $129.99 at TigerDirect}
    -$50 MIR
    =$69.99
