World's Strongest Man competition is going to be on ESPN at 4AM EST, so in about an hour or so.
4am, that's in 40 mins
cool. i think i'm gonna go to bed now & get up at 8 to watch the mens hockey finals though.
i'm watching a WSM right now... i wonder if this is the one in question
That guy representing the USA is strong, makes all the events seem easy. Cocky though.
EDIT: I feel sorry for the Chinese dude. They're probably going to take him out back and shoot him for embarassing the motherland.
I've been DVR'ing these. It's too bad ESPN didn't bring the HD cameras with them for the competition, I would have loved to watch the comp in high def
It's Jesse Marunde, he is quite cocky and very strong. He kept up really well with Mariusz.
The chinese dude was sure trying, but he's pretty damned small compared to the other guys.
did i hear right when they said jesse was only 26 years old
Kevin Nee from ASU was only 19 at the time of the taping. He will be in the finals in the next year or two from the looks of his progress.
Yep 26, he's from around here too. I'd imagine we can expect great things from him, it's about time for the US to get back on top.
