I've discovered my college sells Fuze, and I've been drinking that lately. Looking at the label, it seems to be pretty damn healthy, and it tasted fucking good. I've also been big on drinking Sobe, which I love. My question is, how healthy are these? The nutrition label makes them look very healthy, but is there something I'm missing on them. If so, what drinks are recommended to just drink when I get thirsty and don't want water?
