I am trying to burn off body fat that I have, but at a sensible rate. Since Christmas I have been hitting the treadmill 5x a week, running/walking about 4.5 miles a turn, doing situps before I run, and I'm 6'0, 177 lbs. Unfortunately, most of my fat is in my abs. I have cut out alcohol and pop, and have been watching this board for healthier foods to eat. Waist is 36'. How long should it take me to drop about 4' in my waist without starving myself in the process?
