I want to do a few-week cut just to lose 7-10 lbs of fat that's been really hard to get rid of w/ diet and exercise, so I'm looking to use some supplements to help along the way. However, I'm not too sure about the typical ECY stack (or any combination of the three) b/c of possible heart damage. I've got crappy hearts in my family and already have pretty high blood pressure for someone my age (although staying in shape has helped curb that), so I don't want to take the risk of anything damaging the old ticker. Anyways, has anyone had any good results w/ any supps that would be relatively heart-safe? I've been reading a bit about green tea extract, and that seems pretty safe, but I'm not sure about its effectiveness. Thanks in advance.
