I had the flu over Thanksgiving weekend..still went to the gym twice...sucks
I'm still planning on eating and lifting today...I just know its going to suck
i have had an upper chest infection since last wednesday, im on zithromax,rhinocourt, and robatussin with codene, fucking sucks
havent been sick lately, but i have been lethargic
I've had the flu, head cold and a bit of bronchitus for the past 2.5 weeks. Well, I'm better now, but I'm still spitting up phlegm. Yum!

if you have the flu you should be locked in your room for a few days so you dont spread that shit
Agreed, I have warned everyone in my gym that if they come in sick and I catch it, they will get a 1-board across the back of the head!! I don't have time to be sick!!
on the weekend there is only 1-2 people at my place and I was wiping down everything..

I have been trying to keep a cold/flu from becoming full blown for a couple weeks now. It is there, but not serious, and I have been eating, sleeping a lot, and keeping my vitamin C count up to prevent it from getting bad. We will see how it helps though
I need to get a damn flu shot!
Also drink lots of water!
