Ya, I had two away rotations where I was gone for a month each.
I am still training, I am about as strong as I was 2-3 years ago, but leaner. During second and the beginning part of third year I lost some strength and put on some fat from not getting to the gym enough. Now I have been going regularly and my diet is much better. I am still laying off the heavy squats due to the herniated disk from a while ago, but I am hitting the legs hard on leg press then doing some lighter squats. Deadlift I am doing more reps and less weight than I used to for the same reason.
How'd you herniate the disk?
