I am having issues trying to increase my strength on bench press, upper chest flys, and other chest related exercises. I do about 3-4 exercies that focus on chest once a week. I drink whey protein about 3-4 times a week with 2 scoops per glass (23g of protein per scoop), and I eat a lot of meat during the week 3 times a day. The problem is that I am struggling big time to push past the current weights that I am at. Everytime I go to the gym, I simply struggle with the current weights, and I can never move up in weights. Anyone have any hints as to why?
