I'm 5'5 & around 117-120lbs. It's been like that since forever and i would like to be at around 150-160s lbs. The problem is that i don't eat much and i run & excercise. I know you guys recommend eating fish, meat, eat every 2 hours, etc... but for my situation, it's tough. I don't cook and i sit in front of the computer @ work all day. So my question is...what is the best method to gain weight where i can just go to the supermarket and buy the food without having me to cook/prep it. I can eat at my computers so it wouldn't be a problem as long as it's not messy, or takes forever to make. So i'm looking for something really simple and ready to eat out of the box so i can eat every few hours while working and gain weight while at it.
