Aight, heres the deal. I have been a lazy fuck ass for the last 6 months. I have not worked out at all and its starting to really get to me but I cant get the motivation to go. I dont know if its stress, or work..but when I come home I just want to sit on the computer or sleep. I am enlisted in the Air Force and the gym is about a 3-5 minute walk. Before I joined the force I was working out 5 times a week and I had a great diet. I looked forward to working out, it was the highlight of my day. I have worked out since I was 17 years old and Im now 23. Maybe I just need to take the year off but I dont want to get too soft. I have no idea why I lost all motivation to lift. Help!
