Hello everyone, Let me introduce myself. I'm 20 years old with 13% BF, and want to get to about 8% or so. Enough to make definition in my abs and look good all over. I'm 5'10 and weigh 158 lbs. Truth is I don't know how I should eat right, I don't drink soda and this past week I have been cutting out all unneccesary sugars. I am pretty active, I do two forms of martial arts. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as well as Haganah. Please help me with some form of schedule bc I feel like what I've been doing this past week is starving myself to a point. So please let me know waht Im doing right and wrong.
