i'm 19, i'm currently at 13% body fat, i weigh 121 lbs, and am 5'6". my body fat was measured using a skin folds test by my walking instructor at school. i currently walk about 6-10 miles, 3-5x a week, however, i want to increase my general muscle tone, and drop my body fat % to a lower grade so i look leaner. i also practice a vegan lifestyle (no animal products), so, sometimes getting what i need isn't always the easiest thing, however, i'd like some pointers just to lower my bf% and to tone up. anything would be great!
