So, Ive been working out since Jan. now and Ive taken No xplode and I just finished off my last scoop of Black Powder. Basically Ive been trying to get stronger but I have no idea what Im doing. I just take the right amount and start pumping iron. I started off struggling with 175 but now Im 5x5 with 185 (I dont have a max cuz I work out by myself). I was 160 but now Im 175 but I still feel like I have gotten much stronger. Tell me what Im doing wrong and what I need to do right. The reason why I work out by myself is cuz I use my school's gym and everyone is to pussy to workout. I really dont know anything about lifting other than just lift it and hopefully Ill get strong. I aslo eat like an animal and from what Ive been told that affects your workout.
