I've tried doing this a couple times with no real success. I didn't really keep a log or anything, I just played it safe (or so I thought. Stayed away from the no-no foods) and hoped for fat loss. It worked for a bit but then I didn't see too much progress and lost motivation. I understand hitting the gym will also play a major role in fat loss and I've already started going back to the gym and getting out more. My day simply consists of waking up at 5.30am, work at 7am, leave around 4pm sleep around 10pm. I'd really like a lunch I can make the night before and a quick breakfast that doesn't take up too much time making or eating (something I can take in the car would be perfect) If anyone can over some guidance on meals or just advice, it will be greatly appreciated.
