Here's the situation: my brother is an airman. He has a two year old son he likes to see, but is divorced. While I'm happy to drive the baby to where he is, it might not always be feasable (six hours to keesler is fine for a weekend, but I don't know if I could go much farther). Basically we want to find an effective and affordable to get my nephew time to see his father. The obvious solution is space available travel. But is the baby (and one of us adult siblings) eligible? I don't think they'll cart a two year old kid around for us, so he'd need a caretaker who is not a dependent to my brother. So any advice on how we can get this to work out? Any general advice on space-A?
