http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHFbEatrj3c 325x1, 365x1 -- pulled 385x1 last week and got 405 to my knees. I need more pop off the floor. Which muscles, specifically, are recruited during that early part of the pull? I know I just need to be stronger over all, but once I can get the weight past my knees it gets up pretty easily.. its the first half of the pull that needs help. I am going to do more pulls from a deficit, but I am curious as to what other supplemental work would help me with that first half of the pull.
