Okay, just put everything into fitday that I plan to eat tomorrow (so far). My comp won't do a screen shot cut and paste, so i'll break it down. My goal is to get down to 10-9%bf, I figure I'm at about 12-14 right now @ 5'11" 184. Total Calories: 1896 Fat: 69.5g 32% Carbs: 106.8g 21% Protein: 221.7g 47% 5-6 meals with the majority of my carbs coming from fruit in the first 4-6 hours of the day. I don't know? Are my carbs too high for my goals(if so I can cut out some high carb fruits)? Also, I'm going to figure out where to get some more clean calories, judging from the stickies I think I should be in the 2100-2300 range while cutting. What should I change to see optimal results?
