As the title says someone said that i could take 20mcg of something called clenbuterol. I did a couple of google searches and searches on here and i have seen that there are other things that make taking it safer. Potassium, Sodium etc... I am working on losing like 40lbs over the next 5-6 months and have been actually working out now for like 4 weeks. 45min of cardio and ab work and mid weight lifting workouts to help cut more. I'm down about 11lbs of real weight so far. I read 4 different sites and a few articles but i wanted to get some input from people who have taken it or are familiar. Hopefully i don't come across as a complete f&n noob but i just feel i can get more realistic info from you guys to help me make a decision on taking it.
