I want to get a little bit, well quite a bit stronger before college starts up. Mainly just upper body, because my legs are good. I want tips on how to get a nicer upper-body. I am pretty skinny so i dont have to worry about dieting. I have a toned body just not very thick. What is a good work out plan i could do over the summer. Like describe some workouts i can do to get stronger forearms, biceps, abs, and back. I just want to get bigger overall, is it possible to see results in 2 months? Thanks for any help.
