Before: 230lbs, ~27% body fat. DL 345, squat 275, bench 225. After: 245lbs, ~27% body fat. DL 385, squat 305x2, bench 245x3. Oh yeah, I'm 6'4". Does that sound typical? This was my first cycle of anything. Now I'm going to try to cut down to about 210lbs over the next few months while maintaining as much as I can of my strength in the big three.
