When doing seated cable rows with the metal close grip handle am I getting enough extension to even hit my back. Since im so fat my range of motion from arms straight out to my stomach is obviously shorter than someone who is thin. They have a different seated row that has 2 cords on it. Ive seen people use that machine with 2 cloth grips that hold the handles like l l and pull the weight clear back past their sides. Is the movement going to hit the same part of the back as the close grip metal handle being pulled to your belly button? What would you suggest?
