I mostly pull recipes off the internet or build on knowledge of things I've learned cooking over the years... im pretty good at throwing together spice blends on the fly for sauces, soups, rubs, etc.

Wife does most of the cooking. I man the Grill, the smoker, and do some boiling/frying outside. Think Boiled Shrimp, Crabs, Crawfish. Fried Shrimp, Catfish (yes people eat catfish!!!). LOL

My wife a ton of vegetarian cookbooks but of course we put them away to make room for our Christmas tree, otherwise I would go look and suggest some titles. :o

my Lebanese cookbook is one of my favorites, and I have a Mediterranean one I use sometimes as well, they aren't all veg, but both have a ton of veg options which is cool

I'm not veg now, but I was raised that way and still make a lot of meals without meat

@Mrfrosty / his santa: thug kitchen is a great vegan cookbook, the people are actually legitimately pretty funny and every recipe we've made from it (and from their website) has been pretty much amazing.

Love cookbooks but as of recently, they have been collecting dust. :o

That said, I need to get back into cooking at home more... I have an instant-pot, and I'm looking to get one of those sous-vide machines so I can just set it and let it do it's thing.
