Yes I know some of you have heard about my yo yo dieting. But I've been working on it now since I've gotten my lifestyle into a routine. I've lost about 37lbs in the last 5 months and I'm slowly losing more and more now. In the past I lost over 70lbs in 6 months and I intend to lose more for the sake of my health. I'll be tracking my weight with a spreadsheet and possibly bodyfat when I can. Below is a graph from excel of what I did before. If anyone wants the excel worksheet to plot your progress let me know. Right now I'm at 338.2lbs I was at 375lbs. Yes I'm still a fat ass.
