Hey guys, i started working out 2 weeks ago, completly changed my diet from fried crap and 2 meals a day to eating Oatmeal in morning, chickien salad for lunch taking hydroxicut, taking a Pro complex shake at 4 work out at 6 and another shake right after. Eat something light by 8. So far i have lost 8 pounds. I want to take HGH to increase fat burn but also increase muscle development? Any suggestions. I am not that overweight. I am 6'5 215 but need to gain more muscle and loose fat around it.
