hi, im going to start a wikibook with ability to write in several languages, but i dont have any experiance... its only going to be one book, with a open discussion site, an editable guideline section (where only members can edit), and a open discussion site for the guideline section.... i wont use www.wikibooks.org, because i want the website to be only about the subject that the book is gonna be about, because it is an important subject... i know a little html, and how to start websites and forums, but not any advanced stuff like this.... it has to look a little stylish too

Wikibooks (and Wikipeida, Wiktionary, etc) are built on MediaWiki, which (IMO) is pretty much the best wiki around in terms of features and being nice to use. That'd probably be a place to start.
