    i'm not joining this thread. everytime I talk to anything from a freshman-junior at a high school, it's always "I bench about 240" ---- then as soon as I catch them in the weight room for their once every 2 week workout, it's "man, i really got weaker, I used to be able to do a lot more."

    high schoolers lie.

    i used to not squat bcuz my fball coach said it was bad for you...but i went to the arnold and got this stuff cell tech and it made me gain tons of muscle so i trained hard over the summer and drank a protein shake a day and started buying the 'muscle' line of abercrombie and i have been getting strong and then i saw nitro tech and i stacked them and it works really good i put on more weight then i saw ronnie coleman visdeo and tried a deadlift but i wassnt making gain so i tried prohormone m1t and my deadlift went up and now my abs are gone so im cutting but i dont want extra calories so i stopped protein shakes but i still do celltech which should cover it and then im going to panama city for summer and hope to get my lats up to 30 inches and then my bench will be over 225 but my squat and deadlift arent up there but i will wait until i start bulking in winter then i will make gains but i got fired so i cant buy any more muscletech so i went to the store and bought creatiune but i already had some so i decided that i would take both to double the effect but i dont want to take too much to hurt my kidneys but then i saw this ad for pump tech and i heard it flows blood to your muscles so i tried it but then i thougt about more prtoein and then i cut and now theis is my stats

    I think you should re-evaluate your workout. Stop taking all that trash, just eat healthy stick with high protein.

    If you want to know stats, check out somebody's training log.

    BTW, I don't really get why these kids bother lying about their number online. Like, are you that big a pussy that the approval of a bunch of guys on a message board really matters that much? And how are you supposed to get accurate advice if you start of by lying?
