When I do cardio, I usually go for about 15-20 minutes(2 to 2.5 miles) doing HIIT on the elliptical. I set it on manual(level 5) and sprint roughly 7-8 times. Usually, I end up burning about 175-215 calories. I've heard that HIIT burns calories AFTER you finish your cardio. My question is approximately how many more calories am I burning after I do my HIIT?
