right now I'm doing purs lifting routine in the evening and some mixed resistance steady state cardio on the elliptical every morning. My weightloss has kind of hit a plateau and I was playing with the idea of replacing 3 of my morning cardio sessions with hiit instead. two questions, 1. is this a good way to break through a plateau? and 2. what does a hiit training session look like?
