Should I treat it like a lifting session?
Depends on your goal. If it's performance/health, maybe. If it's for fat loss, probably not.
I'm trying to lose fat.
Should I do it on an empty stomach in the morning? I dunno if I could handle that, even when I'm fuelled up it's a real challenge to get though the workout. What about afterwards? I've been having a scoop of whey and a scoop of gatorade.
