Ok so tonight I transformed my steady-state 2 mile jog into HIIT. I alternated sprints and jogging, with a few periods of walking. Pretty cool I guess. Problem is I have no idea how long each interval was. I intend to look for a digital sports watch or something, but it seems like it would be such a pain to keep looking at it, particularly while sprinting. Are there any ways to address this? Some music timed for 1 minute intervals would be awesome, but that's probably too much to ask for. Any ideas?
