I have some pain in my left thigh area. it started today and i didnt go to the gym yesterday and on monday I did back/biceps. The only thing that i can think of that may be making it hurt are the deadlifts i did. I also did some leg raises and after my sets id feel a slight "pump" in the area that now hurts. Here is a pic of the area that hurts: Is there anything I can do to stop the pain? Ice? Heat? are there any stretches that i can do to make it heal/not hurt?
