note: this does not apply to geared lifting or those with handicaps preventing them from squatting/pulling.
200 was a 1 RM
the 195 was a 3RM
god my bench is weak
my dl is 215 for a 5 RM
still pretty close... i'd work on getting the lower bod stronger
I can squat my body weight (250), with good form for about 5 reps. My bench is just ridiculous
