nope, that was text book, he ran past him so he wouldnt hit him from behind and then put his shoulder into he chest

I don’t agree with how targeting has been enforced, to the point of absurdity in some cases, but in this case I think it should have been called and reviewed.

Weird. In college and pro games, I've seen targeting calls that seemed unnecessary. Runner is moving forward, you are about to plow into him, you lower your head, and pow. And I guess you cant do certain things to a quarterback below the waist. In slow-motion replay, it looks like targeting, but in the split second of the moment, it looks like a good hit.
