Before: 6ft 1 190 Bench: 205 x 4 w/ shit form and half reps DL 225 x 4 Today: 178 Bench: 225 x 4 legit DL 335 x 2 Admittedly, I'm not where I thought I'd be at this point. I diet very strictly during the week, but I often go out and drink a million beers on the weekends. I really want to have visible abs. How far off do you think I am from that, weight wise? I'm happy with my strength gains, and will probably keep the same basic routine for the next few months but vary some exercises and rep schemes etc. Overall, does it look like I'm working hard enough?
