Last wednesday I went to the gym and everything seemed fine, thursday out of nowhere I had a really sharp pain in my back, it was like to the left of the middle of my spine and it was REALLY sharp for about a good 2-3 minutes, and then there was just pain there the rest of the day. So I figured I'd take friday off then go sunday. I go today, during my squat, on my second rep, it kicked in again, but it was REALLY REALLY bad. I could barely breathe that's how much it was hurting. I tried to skip squats and do something else, but I could barely walk, let alone lift. Now it seems that the pain has shifted to my actual spine, and it hurts really bad. I took some vicodin but it doesn't seem to be doing much of anything. The pain is like right in the middle, I can't go see a doctor until tomorrow, but does anyone have any ideas at all of what this shit is. I go to the gym religiously so any time away is really pissing me off.
