Just got done with the first day....Back and shoulders. Tords the end I was doing like 3 real push ups and then had the go to my knees and do em. I did do a workout that included pushups last night tho so I was fatigued going in but holy shit. The Diamond Push ups fucking OWNED me. Pretty legit shit. After 90 days of that stuff you better be able to see a pretty big difference. Going to do 15 min on the Eliptical for a cool down.
