If it weren't for the sodium I would probably try to eat one of these everyday
why are you worried about sodium though?
where does all the sodium come from? the barbacoa?

barbacoa is the sodium i think, i had one last night, sooooooo good
rice, beans, burrito and barbacoa account for most of the sodium
GOGZ ate Chipotle every day while he was bulking. How do you think he gained 70 lbs in 5 months?
i dont usually worry about sodium all that much, but that is still a shit ton of sodium, and probably wouldn't be too good of an idea to have one of those everyday, plus all the other meals I eat.
hmmmm, what is your opinion on the sodium intake? would it be okay for about a month or two like that?

and about the sodium thing, when i used to eat 6 chicken breasts a day (instead of whey shakes) after the first week i started to worry about the sodium and stopped. i don't know why i stopped but it seemed wrong to have that much.
might try that for next fall
if you're healthy it's generally not anything to worry about
Sodium is more of a concern for those with high blood pressure or those at risk for high blood pressure.

Maybe. Some people are "sodium sensitive" individuals.

Not substantially, at least not to my knowledge. The risks of high blood pressure are generally hereditary.
get rid of that sour cream
if the sodium doesn't help raise blood pressure, the cholesterol will do damage on its own
i just had another tonight.
I love these things. 1 burrito, 1 protein shake and 2 big glasses of milk. my stomach hurts right now.
