Anyone know of a good way to work out my shins at home? My new gym doesn't have a little machine/contraption to isolate that muscle. I want to start running but I get horribly bad shin splints. I was told I need to build that muscle up before I start running. even at the gym any way to isolate it? I was thinking of using bands but I'm not sure. I'm not a big gym guy i'm only starting to work out the way I should have my entire life and i'm learning shit as I go. thanks!
