Started the Velocity Diet yesterday...I'm 5'11 and used to weigh 238lbs, then got down to 174. I've been sitting at 185 for awhile after bulking for a bit, and now I decided I'm due for a cut, so I'm giving this a shot. I'll be using mainly Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide v2.0 and ground flax seeds. 20g BCAA's (Xtend) while training, and PWO shake is 45g dextrose + 45g whey, but only on days I train heavy. I'm getting around 1500 cals on non-training days, and 1900 on heavy training days. I'm doing the new WS4SB routine with Damnation. I weighed 189lbs Sunday morning after drinking Saturday night, and I'm down to 181 right now (just an example of how much water I can hold). I also just finished a 2 month cycle of Jungle Warfare if anyone cares. For fat burners I'm taking VPX Redline (pill form) 2 pills at a time for now, 1-2 times a day, occasionally with an additional 5mg Yohimbine HCL. Drinking lots of water throughout the day, and so far I feel great. The only times I'm craving solid food are at night after a long day of class/studying when I'm worn out, but I'm not going to give up. Like I said, this is only my 2nd day on this diet. I'll keep updating this thread every day or two with updates on my strength/energy levels, weight, sanity, etc. I trained legs today and it was pretty brutal, but the BCAA's throughout and PWO shake towards the end helped a lot. Squatted 255x3 which is a total PR...last week I could only get 235. Last week I almost vomited after doing Bulgarian split squats and had to call it quits, but today I completed everything without a problem. Right now I'm in class so naturally I feel sleepy, but otherwise I've felt pretty good all day.
