WEB hostgator killing my link?

I uploaded an image for OTAP.. link is here: http://halefx.com/temp/otap2008.png

the file is still there.. I see it in FTP and SSH. but the link doesn't work.

hotlink prevention is turned off, and I don't see anything weird on the file in SSH. it has the same permissions as everything else.

ideas?

wait, does the link work for you guys? it works for me in IE and FF, but not in Chrome. wtf?

 

the server is logging a 304 error when I try to view the link in Chrome.
