Housing market is too far gone.

My neighbor's house had it's listing removed after 120 days - just last week.

Curious to see if it closes in the next month or so or if they just pulled it off the market. They never dropped their price since it was listed originally back in October.
I'm watching houses in our neighborhood finally go at the 115+ day mark. A few have been recently listed for the first time as soon as the weather started warming up and they're going in 3, 11 and 19 days respectively. I'm hopeful for when we list in the mid-Spring.

I saw that. They must have just completely removed it then. Maybe they were in no hurry to begin with and just decided not to sell.

I could ask them I guess, but I almost never see them. Saw her for the first time yesterday in probably 2 months (only on my camera) putting a package onto my porch that Fedex delivered to them instead of us

Yours is really well done and I would imagine is probably the best example in the neighborhood. You’ll be fine.

Shopping around homeowners insurance (also auto)

Anyone use: Berkshire Hathaway Guard Home Policy?

Significant reduction/yr vs. our current. Same coverage etc.

The one from last week that they said they wait 90 days for a price reduction?

Yes lol. We were talking about it yesterday and decided to up our offer but originally were going to wait until like day 89 to do it.

Agent said we should do it now, won't hurt, might sell before then.

At least we know and that is as high as we're going. Afraid it won't even appraise at that # as it is.

walk bro, you are too emotionally invested and like you said it probably won't even appraise for that.
