posted a while back http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=1873234&page=1&pp=25 here's a small update on my myspace, too lazy to repost: http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?f...333592&blogID=41024906&Mytoken=20050810023920 currently bulking, at 154lbs. eating everything in sight till i'm about to throw up most of the time, most of it clean food. goal is 160lbs by end of aug. then i will start cutting down. i use to wiegh 135ish. i feel very heavy and slow but oh well, gotta have the core strength to start right? goal is to be about 145 with out loosing any strength and more speed training. workout: first day is chest and arms first is bench press, i do the most i can at 4 sets of at least 6 reps then i move to incline bench and do the same then i do machine cable cross over flys (i have no idea what they are called) downwards and up wards then if i have anything left i do decline bench. for arms i do 3/4 sets of 15 reps (because i want to cut my arms and not much more size) i just do cable/rope tri extensions on the machine then bent over a bench tri extension with dumbbell then bar bell bicep curls (with variations) then bicep dumbell curl (with variations) day 2 consists of legs and back first i do sqauts at 4 sets of 8 reps then i do leg extensions then hamstring curls then i do calf raises on the machine and sometimes i use the universal leg maching to work on upward knee drives for back: then i go to the lat maching (3 sets of 6-8 reps) the seated row machine then pull ups (many sets of of like 7ish) then this bend over lift thing then various back pull machines day 3 is for shoulders and misc muscles i first start with dumbell shoulder press then various dumbell shoulder lifts (front and side) upward cable pull on machine handstand push ups against a wall then forarm work outs with dumbells and other things shoulder shrugs i do abs 2 of the 3 days on a decline bench and leg lifts on a pull up bar. after work out i go punch and kick the heavy bag for about 20 mins. i try to train in martial arts about 2 days a week. starting sept, i will start to run agian (9 miles a week) i take a little creatine (CEE) and at least 140 grams of protein a day, 160 on work out days. what do you guys think of my work out? i think i need to work harder on my delts and maybe biceps. i have more pics of cool ninja poses if needed.
