i have worked first shift for the last 5 years and now i am on second shift. So i still have a habit of waking up early, which is good because then i drink some coffee and get shit done before i go to work. problem is i start to get tired at work around 8pm, by 11pm i am yawning every few mins. Sometimes if i feel real tired i will get an amp or a sobe from the vending machine to keep me going. how bad are energy drinks for you? is one a night 5 nights a week a bad idea?
